The AR Cloud – Navigating Metaverse Augmentation Technologies for Enhanced Co-creation of Value within Services

A new research article has been published in the Journal of Service Research, co-authored by our own Professor Timothy Jung and international collaborator Dr Saifeddin Alimamy of Zayed University.

The article dives into the latest advances in Metaverse technology and explores how Augment Reality Cloud (ARC) is reshaping service experiences. The issue explores how real-time, personalised, and context-aware experiences enabled by ARC can drive value co-creation and enhance wellbeing, whilst offering managers practical insight into the growing impact and future research opportunities offered by ARC.
